1. Who we are

This website and rone's classes and events are operated by Beat Box Boxing Club Limited, trading as rone ("we", "us"), a company registered in Ireland with its registered office at 18 Mount Street Upper, Dublin 2. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Contact: admin@ronewellness.com.

2. What we collect

Contact details: your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number.
Booking details: the classes and events you book, attendance, cancellations and no-shows.
Payment details: handled by our payment providers. We see confirmation of payment, but we never see or store your full card number.
Messages: anything you send us by email or Instagram direct message.
Health information you choose to share: for example an injury or pregnancy you tell your instructor about, so we can adapt a class safely.
Website data: basic technical and usage information collected by our website platform, such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

To take and manage your bookings and packs: because it's needed to provide the service you've asked for (contract).
To take payments and keep financial records: contract, and our legal obligations under Irish tax and company law.
To reply to your messages and send service updates, such as class changes or cancellations: contract and our legitimate interest in running the studio.
To send news about classes and events: only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
To use health information you share: with your explicit consent, only so your instructor can keep you safe in class.
To run, secure and improve our website: our legitimate interest in a working, secure website.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with providers that help us run rone, under agreements that protect it:

Luma: class and event bookings.
Stripe: payments for packs and other purchases.
Squarespace: website hosting.
Our email provider: to send and receive email.
Instagram (Meta): if you message us there.
Our instructors: the class list and any information needed to teach you safely.
Professional advisers and authorities: accountants, insurers or legal advisers, or where the law requires it.

5. International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens, transfers are protected by recognised safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

6. How long we keep it

Booking and contact records: up to 2 years after your last class or event.
Financial records: 6 years, as required by Irish law.
Health information: only as long as it's needed to teach you safely, then deleted.
Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you;
have inaccurate data corrected;
have your data erased;
restrict or object to how we use it;
receive your data in a portable format;
withdraw consent at any time, without affecting anything done before you withdrew it.

8. Cookies

Our website uses cookies that are needed for it to work. Our website platform may also use analytics cookies to show us how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

9. Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at dataprotection.ie.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
